I'm studying to become a filmmaker/director and television producer. I tell you, one of my biggest plans I have is I want to be the nicest and most understanding boss to my crew and cast. I want them to leave with a resume providing them more roles (characters or positions behind set) in the future. I want them to leave happy and not in regret. I have lived in a broken home, abused, and was always misunderstood. I was told I would never get anywhere in life by ELEMENTARY teachers. One day, I will be a great director, and producer. I will make my crew and cast feel they can come to me for anything. I know the feeling of being alone, and needing someone to be there and to just be a friend. I will give everyone who works for me a chance to be their own star. Everyone who works off set is just important as who is on set. I hope to make minor roles in my work like little cameos. I hope I'm good enough people will want to see more of me on screen, which I dont plan on taking a full actress job. It's just for the fun of it. But it's great to be experienced in acting becaus it builds great relationships with your cast members. Again, I will rise into the filming industry and be the best person to my crew and cast. I want them to laugh, I want them to be comfortable. I want them to succeed when they leave with a resume. It's sad that Ellen is one of those people that cant be true to her fans and crew.

Just because someone (supposedly) apologize over toxic things they has done them doesn’t mean they easily forgiven more exactly that Easily Forgiven does NOT happen in real life and not all apologies can be accepted, especially when you've wronged someone who is worse off than yourself. Truly setting things right takes more than just two words, and using apologies to feel less guilty for a misdeed that you'll inevitably commit again and not taking responsibility is usually the height of selfishness. And sometimes, things simply can't be forgiven

To be honest with Ellen I really did look up to her as an LGBTQ+ icon. She was so sweet and I really loved what I saw on the show. Not to mention with her being the voice of Dory added a childhood wonder for me. I know with all the controversy, I feel as if it’s bad to want to support her. I think part of me just wishes that the allegations weren’t true and that she was the amazing person I always thought of her to be.

Why is no one talking about when she fatshamed a woman from the audience?! In the show a woman on the bigger side came on stage and she talked with ellen about something. Later in that show ellen was reading memes or something like that snd there game one with getting your hand stuck in a pringles can. Ellen didnt even hesitate and said the womans name knew what she meant. You could hear the ghasp on tv!! Ellen is not as nice as she’s claiming to be, I havent watched any thing from ellen since i saw that couple of years ago

If she cared so much about being kind and had no idea about how staff felt around her own studio... That doesn't give her a free pass, it only shows she didn't really care, and is a hypocrite.
